Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or item, return the original item and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or fulfillment.
